Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between RankGlow Digital Pvt. Ltd. ("RankGlow") and any client ("you") that engages our services.

2. Services

RankGlow provides performance digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Specific deliverables are defined in the individual Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business and goals
• Grant timely access to required platforms and accounts
• Pay invoices by the due date

4. Payment Terms

Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed separately at cost. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.

5. Performance & Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings or ROAS but commit to continuous optimisation and transparent reporting.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
